Artikel 1

Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, arrengement, publicly publishment and disclosure, transmittance, leasing, selling or illegal use of the aforementioned information without the written consent of Emirhan Hotels is prohibited.

In case of violation of such intellectual property, the violator will undertake all the legal responsibility and Emirhan Hotels reserves the right to initiate other legal actions.

Artikel 2

Downloading and/or set up of the softwares provided through Emirhan Hotels website are restricted by the Licence Agreement pertaining the software itself. In case of your non-acceptance of any of the declarations, restrictions or content contained in the Licence Agreement, than do not download, set up or use such software. Do not copy the software to other servers or in other media formats. All the changes, reverse engineering, conversion to source code or disassembling made on the software and removal and modification of the trade marks,logos or caution notes are prohibited by laws.

Artikel 3

All the services and information provided by Emirhan Hotels website are protected by laws. The below website utilisation behaviours are prohibited by laws:

To promote or participate in illegal acts or activites by using the services and information provided by Emirhan Hotels website.
Intervention or interruption of any services or server connection of Emirhan Hotels website.

The persons who intend to use the information or services through Emirhan Hotels website and who communicate or record their personal information in the website shall guarantee the authenticity of their personal information.The person himself will undertake the legal liabilities if any incorrect or forged information is available. Emirhan Hotels use all the recorded or transmitted information in conformity with its Confidentiality Policy. Any dispute or disagreement arising due to use of information and services in the Emirhan Hotels website or Website Service Agreement will be governed by the laws of Turkish Republic. If the dispute fail to be settled by alternative dispute settlement procedures than İstanbul First Region Court (Turkish Republic) will be the place of initial hearing.
